where others see problematic real estate

Why Resight
Unlocking Value in Environmentally Impaired Real Estate
Founded in 2000 by experts in brownfield redevelopment, RESIGHT provides integrated investment advisory services and directly acquires properties where we can create the most value, guiding owners, brokers, and developers through the complexity that prevents these deals from closing.
We are most effective when brought in at the moment environmental risk, liability, or deal complexity begins to threaten momentum, helping clients avoid costly delays and unlock options others may miss.
With over 60 years of management experience, RESIGHT has repositioned and redeveloped over 200 properties across 49 states, with $500M+ in closed transactions. Our work spans properties from less than 1 acre to 9,000 acres, reflecting the range and complexity of the opportunities we take on.
As a Certified B Corporation, we’re proud to be part of a community of companies working together for change, and taking part in collective action to advocate for a shared goal of a global economy that benefits people and the planet.
We remain wholly committed to this work and deeply appreciative for every opportunity to make a positive impact on the communities we serve.
